We have shared the new protocols we will have to follow but some tweaks have been made. Please review the following on the new protocols and procedures before you arrive. We know this creates some extra hassle but we are doing everything we can to protect all of our clients and staff! Thank you for your consideration!
1. Please reschedule your appointment for a later date if you are in a high risk group, feel uncomfortable or: a. You or members of your household have or had symptoms within the past 14 days – whether or not you were tested b. You have any reason to believe you were exposed to the virus within the past 14 days. c. You or members of your household are to be quarantined due to an authorities’ guidance. 2. You will need to bring a mask with you to your appointment. You will be required to wear it. The mask will need to attach around the ears so that it can be worn at all times during your service. 3. When you arrive, call the front desk (913-649-0800) to see if you can come in or need to wait outside or in your car. If you are asked to wait, you cannot wait inside the salon. The front desk will text you when your stylist is ready for you. 4. Come to the salon with your hair clean, dry and straightened as appropriate. The use of shampoo bowls is limited and hair dryers are not allowed. 5. Please arrive alone to the salon (no kids, spouses etc) and no earlier than your scheduled appointment. Bring nothing more than your phone, keys and method of payment to the salon. This means no jackets, purses, etc. 6. In order to limit the number of potential people exposed, we have split the salon. Please check the front doors to see which ONE door you need to use based on the stylist you are going to be seeing. 7. You will be subject to a contactless temperature check upon arrival and sign an acknowledgement document. 8. Please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer provided at the front desk immediately upon arriving to the salon and at appropriate times during your stay. 9. We will not be providing beverages, magazines and other items for the time being. 10. We will only accept pre-scheduled appointments. Call 913-649-0800 if you need to schedule. 11. Front end products can be requested and paid for along with your service. However, in most cases it will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to your house. 12. Credit cards will be the preferred method of paying for your service and tips. The front end staff will take your card from you using a tissue to avoid the use of the card terminals by multiple people. 13. Each client will be subject to a temporary $5 service fee to help offset the costs of additional protection equipment and sanitation requirements. 14. Protocols and regulations may be added, deleted or amended as the situation progresses based on industry and public official guidance. We appreciate your flexibility.
