Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: We require 24 hours’ notice on all cancellations/rescheduling.  Our service providers earn their wages by reserving time for our clients, and we make every effort to schedule enough time for each client’s needs.

Out of respect of their time, any canceled or rescheduled appointments received less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a minimum charge of 50% of the full service. No-show appointments may be charged 100% of the full service price and/or we may require a minimum 50% deposit to book your next appointment.

**Christopher Nash requires 100% of the full service price for any canceled or rescheduled appointments if notice is less than 24 hours notice.
